My Inspiration
I have always felt a strong calling to become a clinical herbalist, and my journey began at a young age where herbal medicine was a normal part of my daily life. Spending summers on the Lithuanian coast of the Baltic Sea with my family, I had the privilege of learning from wise matriarchs who taught me the art of foraging and crafting herbal remedies. These early experiences instilled in me a deep reverence for nature's healing power.
As our modern world grapples with a rise in health issues, I believe it is crucial for us to reconnect with our roots and seek healing from the earth. A decade ago, I found myself trapped in a state of imbalance, plagued by chronic UTIs, yeast infections, tonsillitis, HPV, and migraines. Despite countless rounds of antibiotics, antifungals, and NSAIDs, my symptoms persisted, urging me to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and true natural healing. I committed myself to the path of holistic health, determined to address the root causes rather than merely masking the symptoms. Through the power of potent medicinal herbs, nourishing anti-inflammatory foods, and intentional lifestyle changes, I finally found my balance and system homeostasis restored.
As a clinical herbalist, I am dedicated to guiding individuals on their own paths toward vibrant health and vitality. I believe in harnessing the ancient wisdom of western and eastern herbal remedies, combining it with modern scientific knowledge, whilst nurturing a profound connection with nature.
My Mission + Passions
I find it profoundly beautiful to connect people with plants and how each individual’s unique needs require a customized herbal formula, as no two people’s energetics or physical presentations manifest the same.
During my free time you can find me outdoors; backpacking, skiing or tending to my garden, usually accompanied by my dog and chickens. Additionally, I have a deep passion for travel and exploring.
