Intake: The initial consultation either takes place in-office or virtually, depending on where you live and what you prefer.
Plan: Approximately 1-2 weeks after your session, we will send you a customized and in-depth herbal protocol recommendation and any additional educational resources that pertain to your health presentation(s).
Herbs: Your customized botanical medicine will be ready for collection or shipped to you 1-2 weeks after your initial session.
Client: Your herbal practitioner will schedule your next follow-up session 3 weeks after you begin taking your herbs.
-
Clients will receive their intake forms after they book and pay for their session/treatment of choice on our online booking platform. After the client has paid, their appointment will be added to our calendar.
-
You can watch our expectations video here.
-
We cannot conduct this for you, but we do often recommend that clients have specific lab panels done with their primary care provider or through our suggested functional lab hubs, and then share the results with us for analysis.
-
Each client and client’s condition is unique; however, most protocols take a minimum of 6 months. The time of healing will depend on many factors, including your commitment to the plan we create and your dedication to follow-up work. In most cases, there is usually 1 follow-up per month for 6-8 months followed by 1 every 2-3 months after the 8-month mark. Our practitioner will determine your health progression timeline after the intake session.
-
The Wildflower Clinic takes HSA/ FSA cards, as well as all major credit cards. All payments will be completed via digital invoices sent from our Square platform.
-
We do! We work with clients all over the world.
-
Virtual consultations can be conducted over Zoom or over the phone, depending on preference. For Zoom, your video link will be sent to you 1-2 hours before your session. For phone calls, we will call the phone number provided at the time of the intake session.
Our virtual sessions have the exact same outline as in-office sessions. Before or after the intake, we will ask virtual clients for photos of their tongue, nails, and skin for consideration. We omit the pulse reading in virtual sessions, but are able to gather more than enough information about case presentation with our combination of forms, intake session discussion, labs, and photos.
-
Our rates vary based on the service and the number of follow-up sessions you’ll require. Herbal formulas and supplemental protocols are billed separately.
You can find more info on our 1-on-1 Consultations page and our Energy Therapy Sessions page.
-
Our herbs are wildcrafted here in Golden, CO, or ethically sourced from the organic gardens of bioregional herbalists. Our trusted sources include three local organic farms in Longmont, Lyons, and Estes Park, wildcrafted herbs from Oregon and Washington, and a third-party, organic farm in the Li River area of China.
-
Local Wildflower Clinic clients can collect their herbs from our collection box, located in front of our office door. Otherwise, our clinic will ship your herbal formulas to you at a nominal charge either domestic or internationally.

“My daughter recommended Wildflower Clinic to my husband and me, after seeing amazing results from two of her chiropractic patients. Both of us have seen great improvements in our overall health. My cholesterol was at 258, and in less than three months it was down to 198. My chronic ankle pain was greatly reduced. My level of pain was at a constant 8-10 daily, but within a short period of time, the pain was never over a 4 and sometimes nonexistent. Dana is great and easy to talk to about any issues.” - Habooba R., Macomb, MI
“I am beyond grateful to have found Dana and The Wildflower Clinic. I have extremely dry, irritable skin. I could not find relief through my medical provider, and I did not want to keep smearing steroid cream on my face as it didn't address the root of the issue. After 4 months of regular care at the Wildflower Clinic, my skin has seen drastic improvements. The intense inflammation has been addressed. I look and feel so much better than when I walked in. I highly recommend getting started at The Wildflower Clinic- it is 110% worth it!” - Elizabeth T., Denver, CO
“In preparation for a new product launch, I sought out Dana at the Wildflower Clinic to help create a basic foundation to understand all things adaptogens. It was critical that our team not only develop knowledge for themselves but be able to articulate the basics, benefits, and more to our customers. Dana was incredible and consolidated my scattered thoughts and needs into 2 custom training sessions that spoke broadly to herbs, mushrooms, and adaptogens and then narrowed down the discussion to the specifics we requested. She created a safe, engaging learning environment that supported our team and therefore the launch of our new product, which was a huge success! Can’t wait to work with her and her team again!” - Kelly S., Orange County, CA
“I've been working with Dana for about a year now. I have a rare disease, Idiopathic Subglottic Stenosis, and was interested not only in treating that, but also supporting my general health in a more natural, holistic way. Not only did Dana do her research for my rare disease, but she also came armed with ideas and treatments. She takes the time to really listen and shares her (vast) knowledge so you can understand what may be affecting your health. She is not judgmental at all and genuinely celebrates your health victories. I always enjoy our appointments and learn so much! Can't recommend Wildflower Clinic enough!” - Kristen G., Eagle, CO
